Crafton Hills College to Host "Eyes of Freedom" Traveling Memorial

Crafton Hills College (CHC) will host the Lima Company Memorial “The Eyes of Freedom” art memorial on campus, April 10-12. This traveling memorial comprises 23 life-sized portraits of the fallen Marines and Navy Corpsman of Columbus, Ohio-based Lima Company, 3/25, one of the most heavily engaged units for Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Redlands Firefighter Recognized as Distinguished Alumnus

Steve Leverette, a six-year veteran of the Redlands Fire Department and a 2005 Crafton graduate, was selected for the designation from a pool of nominees for his work giving back to the community he serves.

Administrative Changes at CHC

In a memo on March 1, San Bernardino Community College District Chancellor Bruce Baron informed faculty and staff that Dr. Wei Zhou and Dr. Kathy Bakhit are on administrative leave effective immediately.
