Crafton Grow: Guided Reflection on Work

Crafton Grow is a unique initiative aimed at fostering meaningful connections between student workers and their supervisors. The program encourages students to bridge the gap between the skills and knowledge acquired in the classroom and the practical application in their work roles. Similarly, it empowers supervisors like you to facilitate this process, making student employment a truly "high-impact activity.“
