Charles Amparan's journey in education is a testament to perseverance and the power of lifelong learning. Originally starting college in the fall of 1970, Charles left school before completing his degree. Decades later, encouraged by friends who were teachers and retired educators, he returned to Crafton Hills College with a clear goal: to finish what he started.
