Test Proctoring Services - Instructors
Hello CHC Instructor,
Thank you for taking your time in assisting our students in receiving the appropriate accommodations. Below are three simple steps to ensure the SAS Office and student(s) receives the exam/quiz as seamless as possible. Please call the SAS Office at 909-389-3325, if you have any questions. Thank you again for your time and cooperation.
- Complete the Test Parameters Form[BROKEN LINK] (pdf).
- Use your Crafton Hills email address.
- BE SURE TO ATTACH THE EXAM TO THE EMAIL
A SAS staff member will email you to confirm we received the exam.
If you wish to bring the exam in person, we will have the Test Parameters Form at the front desk for you to complete. We are located in the Crafton Center room 101.
