The Student Health and Wellness Center offers short term mental health services. Supporting students with mental health concerns such as; depression, stress, anxiety, adjustment to college, crisis intervention, and other life challenges.

What's the process: Students are scheduled for an "intake assessment" which is the first appointment to gain information as to why the student is seeking support. Students meet with a therapist to review the assessment and then are scheduled for future appointments.

Note: These are confidential services. All enrolled CHC students are eligible for eight free sessions of mental health services when enrolled in current semester.

Students my also access Timelycare services for viritual mental health services or 24/7 support.
