General

• Do not use expressions like "Click here" or "Follow the link below".
• Use descriptive text for the link, such as the title of the page the link points to.

Links to Files

• PDFs should be used instead of Word docs, Powerpoint files, or Publisher files wherever possible.
• All PDFs should open in a new window
• All non-HTML links should indicate their file type as part of the link, surrounded by parentheses:
