Certifications Submitted to VA for Students Who Have Completed all "5 Steps"

December 1 - 19 

  • Request Submitted Prior to Dec. 10th
  • Considered On-Time for Spring Enrollment
  • Expected Processing Timeline: Three Weeks
  • Ensures:
    • Book Stipend prior to start of Term
    • On-Time Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA)

December 20 - Jan 4

  • VRC Closed for Holiday Break - No Processing During Break

January 5 - 20 

  • Request Submitted December 10th through December 19th
  • Expected Processing Timeline: Three Weeks
  • May Receive:
    • Book Stipend prior to Term
    • On-Time Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA)

January 20 - 31

  • Request Submitted December 20 or After
  • Expected Processing Timeline: Four Weeks
  • Expect Delays:
    • Book Stipend
    • On-Time Monthly Housing Allowance (MHA)
