Requesting Enrollment / Degree Verification:

Crafton Hills College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse ® to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Vendors and students may request verification of degrees, certificates, current and previous enrollment online at the link below.

Students who are currently attending Crafton Hills College may request verification of degrees, certificates, current and previous enrollment online at the link below at no charge. Requests submitted using the link below will be processed by the College Admissions & Records Office.

Current Students:

Mail the Enrollment/Degree Verification form to be completed, along with payment (check or money order) to the address listed below:

Enrollment / Degree Verification Processing Policies:

  • Enrollment/Degree verifications will not be processed during weekends or holidays.
  • Requests may take up to five (5) business days to be processed.
  • Requests will not be accepted via fax. 
  • Completed verifications will not be mailed or faxed.

Enrollment / Degree Verification Fees:

Former Students & Vendors:
Online requests via National Student Clearinghouse ®		 $2.50/request
Current Students:
Online requests via CHC Admissions & Records Office 		No Cost (limit one term per request)
