August 9th

Fall 2023 In-service will return to campus for all workshops and activities.

Refer to your respective department chair(s) for any planned activities and meeting location.

We invite all math faculty to attend this workshop so everyone can begin using Maple Learn. This workshop will be a hands-on experience, run by people from Maple Learn, in person, to teach you what can be done with this software and how to use it.

Location:  CNTL 136

Creating a Canvas Homepage does not require coding skills, just a little creativity. This entry-level workshop will walk you through the layout, creating customized buttons and elements, hyperlinking your content without HTML nor CSS coding, and finally publishing it. This way, the first thing your students see is a beautiful Homepage instead of blocks of Modules. Hope to see you there.

Facilitator:  Sam Truong

Location: CYN 118

Participants will learn fundamental American Sign Language (ASL) concepts.
