Diplomas and Certificates
After you apply for graduation, it will take approximately ten (10) weeks from the end of the term for the final evaluations to be completed and your degree to be officially recorded on your transcript. Your diploma will be mailed to the mailing address currently specified on your student account. You can expect to receive your physical diploma within ten (10) weeks after the term ends.
You will receive an email notification when your diploma is ready to be mailed. The email notification will also contain a link for you to download a digital copy of your diploma. You will have a 72-hour timeframe to update your mailing address with Parchment before your diploma is mailed.

Crafton Hills College has appointed Parchment as the designated agent for processing and sending diploma reprints on behalf of Crafton Hills College.
