Why choose this program?

Are you interested in helping yourself, other individuals and communities across the world engage in healthy behaviors?  Our Health program allows you to explore a variety of topics like nutrition, public health, fitness, and the mind-body connection.  We offer two transfer degrees, one in Public Health and one in Nutrition.  After acquiring basic skills in one of our degrees, you can choose to pursue advanced studies like public health, health education, nutrition, nursing, kinesiology, mental health, psychology, and environmental health.

What will I experience?

Our classes teach you about the human body and the impact that food, exercise, the environment, society, mental health and policy have on it.  Not only will you learn to help others but you will learn how to improve your own health as well. 

Our faculty are passionate about health and cannot wait to share their knowledge with you!
