SAN BERNARDINO: The North Orange County Community College District (NOCCCD) Board of Trustees announced today that Dr. Cheryl Marshall, the president of Crafton Hills College (CHC) in the San Bernardino Community College District (SBCCD) has been appointed their new chancellor. She will assume the new position on July 1, after the appointment is formally approved by the board at their February 23 meeting.
