Publish Date: Oct. 28, 2026

Crafton Hills College welcomed educators, community partners, and families to the Finkelstein Performing Arts Center on October 15 for the premiere of The Great Food Quest, a new farm-to-school video series designed to connect young learners with food, farming, culture, and healthy choices.

Produced through a partnership between San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools, KVCR Public Media, and the Dairy Council of California, the series takes children on an educational adventure exploring where food comes from and how it supports healthy living. Featuring local farms, student agricultural projects, and Spanish vocabulary, the series highlights the Inland Empire’s agricultural community while making nutrition education fun and accessible.

The premiere brought together regional education and community partners to celebrate this innovative resource for students and families. Crafton Hills College was proud to host the event and support an initiative that promotes education, community partnerships, and lifelong learning.

Episodes are available on KVCR TV Channel 24 and online at thegreatfoodquest.org.
