Crafton Hills College Hosts Chinese Students for Educational Exchange
Publish Date: Jan. 28, 2026

On January 28, Crafton Hills College welcomed 24 Chinese students as part of a two-week Youth Cultural Exchange (YCE) program. The visit included a structured morning workshop featuring a mock debate on U.S. gun control and the American education system.
Following the workshop, students enjoyed lunch and then toured the campus with guides Jamie and Angel, who received high praise for their engaging and informative presentations. Students received CHC swag bags as a gift, which was warmly appreciated.
The YCE program provides international students with a unique opportunity to explore American institutions, family life, and culture through workshops, guest lectures, on-site visits, and homestays with American families. By participating in these activities, students gain a deeper understanding of U.S. society while also reflecting on their own communities.
A group photo taken at the conclusion of the visit captured the students and hosts looking tired but happy after a full day of learning and exploration.
