Kaiser Permanente Smoking Resources
Type of Service: Offers self-help materials, telephone coaching,
group classes and on-line tobacco cessation services to Kaiser
Permanente members. Group classes may also available to non
members in some areas, however, priority is given to Kaiser
Permanente members.
Classes: Mon. afternoon, Tues. eve., and Thurs. morn. (6 group
sessions). Note: non-members do not receive prescription benefits,
but all can obtain medication from the pharmacy.
Cost: Free for members; $40 non-members.

Service for VA registered veterans only. Note: Medication available to
veterans; veterans are welcomed to bring spouses/friends/family for
support and education.

Nicotine Anonymous Support Group

help those who would like to cease using tobacco and nicotine
products in any form. The Fellowship offers group support and
recovery using the 12 Steps as adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous.
