Crafton Hills College Foundation Forms

The CHC Foundation requires that ALL requests for disbursement of funds be documented on a Request for Foundation Funds form, signed and submitted by an approved Manager and accompanied by an itemized list of expenses and original receipts, not to exceed the approved amount. This applies to payment for goods, services or reimbursements to vendors and faculty and staff of Crafton Hills College.

Over 50 SBCCD employees satisfy their philanthropic goals through recurring gifts to the Crafton Hills College Foundation made by Payroll Deduction. Once you sign up, the process is automatic and you will receive a statement every year for your tax records.
