Who is eligible for EOP&S? - Crafton Hills College

To qualify for EOP&S, you:

  • Must be a California Resident or qualify as a CA Dream Act Student (AB540)
  • Must be a full-time student upon acceptance into the program (12 units or more)
  • Must not have completed more than 40 degree applicable units
  • Must qualify to receive a Board of Governors Waiver (BOG Waiver) A or B

AND

Must meet one of the Educationally-Disadvantaged Criteria:

  • Not be qualified for enrollment into the minimum college level English or Mathematics courses
  • Be a non-high school graduate or non-recipient of GED
  • Be a high school graduate with a 2.5 GPA or lower
  • Have been previously enrolled in remedial education coursework in high school or college
  • Be a first generation college student (Parents do not have U.S. Bachelor's degree)
  • Have parents whose first language is not English
  • Be an emancipated youth
