Crafton Hills College is closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and recommendations from the county, state and federal levels. We will continue to provide updates through this website and take steps to ensure the health and safety of our community.

As we approach the end of the Spring semester, we would like to provide you with updates on COVID-19 health and safety guidelines at the San Bernardino Community College District.

Face Coverings Not Required Indoors Effective May 26

  • Effective May 26, SBCCD will adjust its guidelines for the use of face coverings to align with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local health authorities.
  • Face coverings indoors will be strongly recommended but not required.
  • Face coverings will continue to be available on campus for students and employees.

 

Proof of Vaccination Not Required Effective May 26

  • Effective May 26, SBCCD will adjust our guidelines on COVID-19 vaccinations to align with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local health authorities.
  • COVID-19 vaccines will be strongly recommended but not required for students or employees.
  • Effective April 20, students are not required to submit proof of vaccination to enroll in Summer 2022 or Fall 2022 courses.

 

Free COVID-19 Testing is Available

All employees and students should continue to self-monitor for symptoms prior to coming to campus each day.

SBCCD will continue providing free COVID-19 testing at the following locations:

Tuesdays and Wednesday
11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

San Bernardino Valley College
Computer Technology Services (CTS), Room 106
Tuesdays and Wednesday

What's Open and When, Parking, and Chromebook Checkout

Open for lap swim Monday and Wednesday 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m.-2 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Visit the Aquatics website for details.

The Campus Store is open Mondays through Thursday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. The Campus Store is closed Friday – Sunday and on Campus observed holidays. Reference librarians will be available both onsite and remote during those hours. The reference librarians will also be available  via Zoom, Chat and email from 12-5 Friday and from 12-4 on Saturday.

M-TH from 8-7.  Reference librarians will be available both onsite and remote during those hours.  The reference librarians will also be available remotely from 12 Noon-5 p.m. Friday and from 12 Noon-4 p.m. on Saturday.

Parking permits are not required for Spring 2022.
