3-18-20 Child Develop.m.ent Center Update

Dear CDC Families,

I want to update you on the status of the Child Develop.m.ent Center regarding the Corona Virus, COVID-19, health situation.  The health and safety of the children and families we serve as well as our staff is of the utmost importance to us.  We have been monitoring the situation very closely by following San Bernardino County Public Health advisories.

Today I have consulted with San Bernardino Community College District and Crafton Hills College Administration, and together we have determined the best course of action is to close the center, effective immediately.  This decision was not made lightly; parental need was considered but based on information and recommendations from the S. B. County Public Health Department and the State of California we feel this is the right decision.

We will be closed March 19 and 20 and not reopen until April 6, 2020.  I will keep you updated via email if it becomes necessary to extend the closure.
