Dear Students, Faculty and Staff:

As we approach the end of the Spring semester, we would like to provide you with updates on COVID-19 health and safety guidelines at the San Bernardino Community College District.

Face Coverings Not Required Indoors Effective May 26

  • Effective May 26, SBCCD will adjust its guidelines for the use of face coverings to align with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local health authorities.
  • Face coverings indoors will be strongly recommended but not required.
  • Face coverings will continue to be available on campus for students and employees.

Proof of Vaccination Not Required Effective May 26

  • Effective May 26, SBCCD will adjust our guidelines on COVID-19 vaccinations to align with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and state and local health authorities.
  • COVID-19 vaccines will be strongly recommended but not required for students or employees.
  • Effective April 20, students are not required to submit proof of vaccination to enroll in Summer 2022 or Fall 2022 courses.

Free COVID-19 Testing is Available

All employees and students should continue to self-monitor for symptoms prior to coming to campus each day.

SBCCD will continue providing free COVID-19 testing at the following locations:

Crafton Hills College
Learning Resource Center (LRC), Room 110
Tuesdays and Wednesday
11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

San Bernardino Valley College
Computer Technology Services (CTS), Room 106
Tuesdays and Wednesday
11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

San Bernardino Community College District
550 E. Hospitality Lane, Suite 200, San Bernardino, CA 92408
Tuesdays and Wednesdays
8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
