Please follow these instructions to obtain a staff permit:

Parking 2022-23 Facts:

  1. Student parking permits are NOT required until Fall 2023. 
  2. A staff permit IS required to park in staff parking areas. Vehicles without a staff permit parked in a designated staff stall after August 29, 2022 may be cited.

How do I get a staff permit?

  1. Get your permit online. You will need your vehicle information.
  2. Each staff member can obtain one permit.
  3. To get your permit, please do the following:

Step 1: Gather your information

  1. Vehicle information: Make, model, License Plate Number
  2. Obtain your Employee ID Number. Here’s how:
    1. Log in to Bestnet (how all employees receive their payroll information; If you are a new employee and do not yet have access to BestNet, please contact Administrative Services for a temporary permit—909-389-3211), 
      Go to “Employee Info” and copy your Employee Identification Number:

Step 2: Enter Your Information Online

  1. Go to the Annual Staff Parking Permit Application.
  2. Follow the instructions. Print a temporary permit and put it on your dashboard. 
  3. Your static cling permit will be mailed to you.
