Herbivore Festival

Despite the rain, hundreds of people came to campus for the inaugural Herbivore Festival on Sunday, Oct. 4. The festival focused on a plant-based lifestyle and featured speakers, vendors, fitness activities and cooking demonstrations. Dr. Colleen Hinds organized the festival and plans to make it an annual event.
