Course Title : Nutrition and Health

Course Description : Review of the literature on the basic nutrients: protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals and water. Development of the skills necessary to analyze, evaluate, and prescribe a dietary intake for weight loss, weight maintenance and weight gain. Study of the relationship between nutrition and disease in America.
