Course Name : CIS-142

Course Title : Introducing Routing and Switching in the Enterprise (Cisco CCNA 3)

Course Description : Third of four courses leading to the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation. Study of the equipment, applications and protocols installed in enterprise networks, with a focus on switched networks, wireless requirements, and security. Introduction to advanced routing protocols such as Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) and Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) Protocol and VLAN configurations.

Credit Type : Earned units for this course are applicable to an Associate Degree.

Prerequisite : CIS 141.
