Course Name : CIS-141X2

Course Title : Working At a Small-To-Medium Business or ISP (Cisco CCNA 2)

Course Description : Second of four courses leading to the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation. This course prepares students for jobs as network technicians. It also helps students develop additional skills required for employment as a computer technician and/or a help desk technician. It provides a basic overview of routing and remote access, addressing, and security. It also familiarizes students with servers that provide e-mail services, Web space, and authenticated access. Students also learn the soft skills required for help desk and customer service positions.

Repeatability : This course may be taken 2 times.

Prerequisite : CIS 140X2.
