Please PRINT, COMPLETE, and BRING the documents listed below to the Financial Aid Office to open your 2011-2012 in-office file.

ALL students:  if you graduated from High School in 2008, 2009, 2010, or 2011 - please bring in your high school diploma, GED or Official high school transcripts for  your in-office file.

Dependent Students

• Student's 2010 Federal Tax Return
• Parent's 2010 Federal Tax Return

Independent Students

• Student/Spouse 2010 Federal Tax Return

PLEASE NOTE: Both Dependent and Independent Students may be asked to produce additional documents. The requirement for additional documents will be determined at the time of the opening of the file.
