Who is Eligible? EOP&S Eligibility Guideline Criteria

• A California Resident
• A full-time student upon acceptance into the program (12 units or more)
• Must not have completed more than 70 degree applicable units.
• Must qualify to receive a Board of Governors Waiver (BOGW) A or B

AND

Must Meet one of the Educationally Disadvantaged Criteria:

• Not qualified for enrollment into the minimum college level English or Mathematics courses.
• Non-high school graduate or non-recipient of GED.
• High school graduate with a 2.5 GPA or lower.
• Previously enrolled in remedial education coursework in high school or college.
• First generation college student (Parents do not have U.S. Bachelor's degree).
• Parents first language is not English.
• Emancipated youth.
