Admissions and Records Office
Admissions and Records oversees the admissions and registration process and maintains all student records and forms necessary to maintain enrollment status, including but not limited to application for admission, class changes, transcript requests, enrollment verification, name and address changes, class repetition, and a variety of petitions. Assessment Testing Center
Assessment Testing is used at California community colleges to help counselors make recommendations to new students regarding what level of classes they should take to successfully achieve their educational goals. Phone: (909) 389-3361
Financial Aid
The Financial Aid Office makes limited funds available to assist students in need and provides information on the Pell Grant, California State Grants, College Work Study, and Fee Waivers. Phone: (909) 389-3223
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS)
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) is a state-funded program designed to assist in the admission and matriculation process of historically disadvantaged, low-income students. Phone: (909) 389-3239
California Work Opportunities and Responsibilities to Kids (CalWORKs)
The CHC CalWORKs program is available to assist any student or community resident who is receiving cash aid from the county and is interested in attending college. The program assists these students in successfully completing an approved certificate/occupational program and provides employment experience. Phone: (909) 389-3239
Disabled Student Programs and Services
DSPS seeks to make its programs available to disabled individuals in the community to the same extent these programs are available to non-disabled individuals. Services include note-takers, tape recorder loans, readers, test proctoring, large print books, tutoring, mobility assistance, handicapped parking, interpreters for the deaf, pre-registration, and adapted computer technology. Health and Wellness Center
The Health and Wellness Center staff includes nursing and support staff to assist students with medical problems. This office provides first aid and urgent care, health education, counseling programs, health promotion activities, and injury and illness prevention. Phone: (909) 389-3272

The Student Services Office is responsible for supervision of all the student services listed. The office develops, supervises, and coordinates activities and student services outside the classroom that are designed to support and enhance the educational achievement and accomplishments of our students. Associated Students of Crafton Hills College
