The Crafton Hills College Theatre Arts program is pleased  to announce the fifth installment of the Crafton Hills College student choreography project  “An Evening of Dance.”  This dance performance will be held on November 30 and December 1 at 8:00 pm  in the Finkelstein Performing Arts Center at Crafton Hills College.

“An Evening of Dance” is directed by Jazmin Parton with Artistic Director Lucas Manning.

"I feel privileged to stand behind such a talented and dedicated group of performers and artists. I can honestly say that throughout my professional career I have rarely met a group that is so driven and passionate about their art form. This show will truly be a pleasure to watch, and I for one am honored to be a part of it. I hope to see everyone show night to reward these dancers for all their hard work and commitment,” Manning said.

The directors are especially excited this year to introduce guest dancer Jenilee McCoy, who has danced for many local companies and has had her choreography recognized at the national level of competition.

All dances have been choreographed by Crafton Hills College students, with styles ranging from hip hop, jazz, and tap, to belly dancing, ballroom, and contemporary.

The show is appropriate for all ages, with only mild language and adult themes and is a must-see event for all dance enthusiasts and supporters.  The Crafton Hills College Theatre Arts program looks forward to seeing everyone show night.

Tickets for “An Evening of Dance” are $10 general admission or $5 student/senior/alumni and are available to purchase at the door.
