If you are experiencing problems with a computer or other technology, and the situation is NOT an emergency, a Service Request must be submitted to Technology Services. These forms can generally be obtained by contacting any department office on campus.
Technology Services will contact you by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving a Service Request. We will also follow-up the initial contact within seven working days to do one of three things:
- Complete the Online Service Request
- Request more information about the Service Request
- Give you an indication of when we will be able to address your Service Request.
