
Mission
The mission of the Crafton Hills College Professional Development Committee (PDC) is to provide and support professional development activities and opportunities for all staff to acquire the knowledge and skills to better serve students and the community. These developmental activities will be consistent with the college mission and will enhance job performance and interaction among all CHC employees, thereby developing a sense of campus community.

CHC employees now have access to a Professional Development library of over 100 titles related to professional, personal, and organizational development, located in the new Teaching and Learning Center, located in LRC 107.
