The Crafton Council serves as the shared governance body of the campus. Its charge is to oversee issues related to accreditation; to integrate college plans and to serve as the advisory body to the President on issues of planning and program review and the relationship to resource allocation. The Crafton Council meets bi-monthly.

Fall 2010Crafton Hills College is a fully accredited institution. Units earned at CHC will transfer and financial aid is available to all who qualify.
Yes, the college is currently on Probation from the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges. The campus community is constructively addressing the issues that led to Probation and the Crafton Council is overseeing the work and progress of committees working the Accrediting Commission's recommendations. Faculty, staff, administrators and students are contributing much to the process and to the report due this October. Good work is being done. Read More...
