Students will test their classroom-learned skills in real-life situations as well as develop teamwork and leadership skills, learn to solve on-the-job problems, set and achieve goals, effectively communicate with co-workers, and develop a rapport with managers. Emphasis is place on work ethics, job retention strategies and promotional opportunities.
