Medication

The Center can administer prescription medication to children when necessary, but only if the proper paperwork is completed beforehand. Parents must complete a Medication Dispensation Schedule to receive a doctor-prescribed medication. We are unable to administer any over-the counter medication unless a doctor’s prescription is also provided. If there is any change made to the prescription, including directions and/or dosage, a new prescription will need to be provided. Please contact the Center office for the appropriate paperwork. When you bring medicine to the center, please be sure the medication is given directly to the child’s teacher for safe storage.
