Q: I registered for classes in the current term/semester. Do I have to submit another admission application?
A: No, you don't. You can view your registration date on My Priority Registration Information .
Q: Is there a way to retrieve my Username and Password I used in the past when I submitted my online application?
A: You can access the help links at the Log In prompt, or you can create a new application account but you must use an email address that is different from the original one used.
Q: Why haven't I received my first email from CCCApply?
A: Your application has not been finalized. You will need to go back into the online application and finish it.
Q: Who should I contact if I haven't received my second email from Crafton Hills College?
A: Send an email to admissions@craftonhills.edu and include the last 8 digits of your confirmation number.
Q: I don't have a personal email account, so I created one through CCCApply. How do I access that CCCApply email account?
A: Go to www.cccapply.org and click on Ask for Help . Select CCCApply Mail and log in with your Username and Password that you created when you submitted your application.
