Mandatory Fees:

  • Enrollment Fees:

    • $26.00 per semester unit.
      Effective: Fall 2009
  • Non-Resident \ Foreign Tuition:

    Note: Non-resident \ Foreign students must also pay the mandatory $26.00 per unit enrollment fees listed above.

    • $194.00 per semester unit.

    Why do non-residents pay more?
    California public higher education is "subsidized" by the state. The lower fees for students who reside in California are intended to reflect the contribution they and their parents have already made by living and paying taxes in California. The fee charged to non-California residents is intended to cover the cost of the "subsidy" that is provided to California Residents.

  • Capital Outlay Fee:

    Note: This fee only applies to citizens of a foreign country who are residents of a foreign country.
    • $5.00 per semester unit.
  • Student Center Fee:

    • $1.00 per semester unit with a maximum of $10.00 per year.
  • Student Representation Fee:

    Note: This fee may be waived for moral, religious, political or financial reasons.

    • $1.00 per semester.
  • Health Fee:

    Note: Off-campus classes and TV courses are exempt from paying this fee.
    • Fall or Spring - $15.50 per semester.
      Effective: Spring 2008

    • Summer - $12.50 per semester.
      Effective: Summer 2009
  • Accident Insurance Fee:

    Note: Off-campus classes are exempt from paying this fee.
    • $1.50 per semester.

  • Parking Fees:

    Note: Parking regulations enforced on ALL campus streets and lots.
    Daily passes available in Lot D, $1.00 per day.
    • ANNUAL PASS (Valid Aug-July) $45.00
      (Available only during the Fall term)

    • SINGLE SEMESTER (Fall or Spring) $20.00 SINGLE SEMESTER (Summer ) $15.00

    NOTICE: Effective Fall 2003, parking permits may be purchased separately in the Communications Department (Building LADM on the Campus Map room 221).

  • ASB / Student Services Card

    • SINGLE SEMESTER $7.50
    • ANNUAL $15.00
      (Annual A.S.B. cards only available during the Fall semester)
  • Miscellaneous Fees:

    • Transcripts:
      • Same Day - Over the Counter - $5.00 per Transcript. Transcript requests to be mailed are processed within 7-10 business days after the date received.
        • Your first two (2) mailed transcripts are free. Each additional request - $3.00 per transcript.
      Enrollment Verifications:
      • Processing Fees - $3.00 per request.
      Subpoenas:
      • Processing Fees - $15.00 per subpoena.
      Duplicate Diplomas:
      • Processing\Material Fees - $10.00 per diploma.

Outstanding Financial Obligation:

  • Student grades, transcripts, diplomas, and registration privileges shall be withheld pending settlement of any outstanding obligation to the college or district.

Payment \ Non-Payment Drop Policy

Note: You are advised not to purchase textbooks until you are officially registered into the class. You are not officially registered until all fees are paid.

  • Prior to the beginning of the term, after registering for classes, your entire registration balance must be paid by the end of the next business day.
  • Once the term has begun, payment is due at the time of registration.
  • Outstanding registration fees will result in your classes being administratively dropped for non-payment.

Note: If you are a financial aid recipient, your award may not cover all of your fees. You are responsible to submit payment for any balance due.
