Admissions Process - Continuing Students

Students who have attended Crafton Hills College during the previous term must do all of the following:

  • Step 1: Transcripts
    If you have not submitted college/university transcripts to the Admissions & Records Office at Crafton Hills College, please submit them as soon as possible. You can request the transcripts from the records office at the college/university that you previously attended. You will want to request an additional copy for your records at the same time.
  • Step 2: Financial Aid
    All continuing students that have not applied for financial aid are encouraged to do so. Click here to go to the Financial Aid Page for more information.
  • Step 3: Advising
    For hours and appointment availability contact the counseling office.

  • Step 4: Registration
    Review the Class Schedule or for PDF schedule click here and select courses for the appropriate term. Register for classes on your appropriate priority registration date.
    • Students are advised to register for the courses listed on their Student Educational Plan for the appropriate term.
  • Step 5: Pay for Classes - For information on methods of payment, see the Registration page. If payment is not received on time, you may be dropped for Non-Payment. Please see the Payment \ Non-Payment Drop Policy.
  • Step 6: Obtain a Parking Permit- Parking Permits are required on all streets and lots at Crafton Hills College. Vehicles without parking permits are ticketed. Illegally parked vehicles (red zone, handicapped parking, staff parking) are ticketed at all times. Daily parking permits are dispensed by vending machines in Parking Lot D. Parking Permits may be purchased at the Communications Office, LADM-153. For more information, please call (909)-794-2161.
