Accessible Files
Accessible pdf files can be generated from well-formatted Word docs. If a pdf contains text in which individual words cannot be selected by your mouse, then the pdf is not accessible.
Accessible Images
- Always include alt text in images that display text. The text must duplicate the content of the text on the image.
- For purely decorative images, enter a blank space in the alt field.
