We will make every effort to assure the accuracy and completeness of these updates; however, there will be some changes and adjustments as construction progresses.

How will Construction Activity Affect You?

  • Construction personnel and equipment will be on campus drive periodically throughout construction. Please proceed with caution.
  • With construction activity on-going safety is always a major priority for both staff and students. With this in mind we wanted to again ensure that both staff and students remain outside of the construction activity areas that have been established. These areas are clearly designated with temporary fencing. If access is needed within any construction areas proper notification, escort and safety measures (hard hats, vests, etc.) are required.
  • Campus Drive open.
  • Parking lots open: CDC, A1, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, gym lot, H, I, Aquatic Center, and overflow.
  • Parking stalls in the northern section of the Aquatic Center parking lot will be closed for the duration of the LEED Solar Heating Panels project.
  • During the driving of piles installation for the panels associated with the Solar Farm project slight vibrations might be felt in and around the north-east part of campus.
  • Sidewalk leading up to MSA will be closed during spring break (3/19 – 3/23) associated with the Solar Farm.
