We will make every effort to assure the accuracy and completeness of these updates; however, there will be some changes and adjustments as construction progresses.

How Will Construction Activity Affect You?

  • Construction personnel and equipment will be on campus drive periodically throughout construction. Please proceed with caution.
  • With construction activity on-going safety is always a major priority for both staff and students. With this in mind we wanted to again ensure that both staff and students remain outside of the construction activity areas that have been established. These areas are clearly donated with temporary fencing. If access is needed within any construction areas proper notification, escort and safety measures (hard hats, vests, etc.) are required.
  • Campus Drive open.
  • Parking lots open: CDC, A1, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, gym lot H, I, Aquatic Center, and overflow.
  • Eastern row of parking stalls in parking lot E may be closed from time to time during work hours while construction in and around this area completes. Please proceed with caution.
  • Sandblasting of concrete walls on stairs leading out and to parking lot E will be taking place early next week. Full safety measures will be exercised during this operation.
  • Stairs leading out of parking lot E will be closed and sectioned off until work is complete. ADA accessible ramp will be open for use for pedestrians coming to & from parking lot E and the Science Complex quad.
  • Parking stalls in the northern section of the Aquatic Center parking lot will be closed for the duration of the LEED Solar Heating Panels project.
