Week of June 17th

Electrical Reroute:

• Cable and equipment installation
• Electrical shutdown/connection
• Phone/data shutdown

• Pedestrians will be detoured to/from the LRC and the 1st floor of the CHS building. Zoom in on the attached map for pedestrian detours.
• There will be minimal construction noise.
• Sidewalks reopened on June 18th
• Electrical shutdown scheduled for Thursday, June 20th (6pm) –Sunday, June 23rd (will affect PAC, SSA, Cafeteria, SSB, CDC, and LRC)
• Electrical shutdown on Saturday, June 22rd (will affect CHS and LADM Physics and Anatomy labs). Coordination with affected areas is in process.
• Phone/data shutdown scheduled for Saturday, June 22nd (will affect CHS)

OE2 Demo

• Install construction fencing and signage, walkways, etc.
• Underground site utility investigation

• Once construction fencing is installed it will detour pedestrians by alternate route to/from Lot I.

OE1 Roofing Project

• Mobilization and temporary fencing up around OE1

Projected Completion Date: July 15th, 2013

• Due to the shutdown of the building ventilation, OE1 building will be closed for the duration of the project.

SSB 1st Floor Painting and Flooring Project

• Install flooring (complete 6/17/13)
• CHC Maintenance 6/17 -6/20
• Move-in begins

Projected completion date: June 27, 2013

• HWC temporarily located at the Gym
• DSPS temporarily located in the LRC

Week of June 24th

Electrical Reroute:

• Punch list and cleanup
• Shut-down weekend June 28th and June 29th

Projected Completion Date: June 30th, 2013

• Partial campus electrical outage (More information to follow)

OE2 Demo

• Continue installation fencing, signage, walkways, etc.
• Irrigation relocation
• Underground site utility demolition

• Once construction fencing is installed it will detour pedestrians by alternate route to/from Lot I.

OE1 Roofing Project

• Remove existing roofing
• Install new roof

Projected Completion Date: July 15th, 2013

• Due to the shutdown of the building ventilation, OE1 building will be closed for the duration of the project.
• There will be minimal construction noise during removal and disposal of existing roofing material.
• There will be a tar smell from the site during hot asphalt placement.

SSB 1^st Floor Painting and Flooring Project

• Re-install furniture and set up areas

Projected completion date: June 27, 2013

• HWC and DSPS moved back into SSB

Week of July 1st

OE2 Move Out and Demo

• Irrigation relocation
• Underground site utility demolition
• Begin activity within building: soft demolition, hazardous material abatement, etc.

• Once construction fencing is installed it will detour pedestrians by alternate route to/from Lot I.

OE1 Roofing Project

• Remove existing roofing
• Install new roof

Projected Completion Date: July 15th, 2013

SSB 1^st Floor Painting and Flooring Project

• Complete
