Transcript requests to be mailed are processed and mailed within 5-7 business days after the date received. A convenience fee will be assessed per transcript request.

NOTE: Transcripts to be mailed to multiple addresses must be requested on separate request forms. - Bring completed request along with payment (if applicable) to the Admissions & Records Office.

Sending Other Institution Transcripts to C.H.C.:
Have your official high school/college/university transcripts sent to the Admissions Office at Crafton Hills College. You can request the transcripts from the records office at your high school or the college/university that you previously attended. You may want to request an additional copy for your records at the same time. Have your transcripts mailed to the address below:
